Fair Pay & Holidays

A decent hourly wage for every hour (including waiting time) plus paid holiday leave.

Social Security

Full insurance for accidents and sickness, plus contributions to your pension (AHV).

Freedom of Unionization

It is your right to join a union. Organized workers are louder and achieve real improvements.

Proper Contract

A real employment contract protected by the industry's collective labor agreement (GAV).
